I. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how users interact with our Website and for marketing purposes, including displaying ads to you elsewhere on the internet.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file stored by a website on your computer, phone, or other device when you browse the site. The cookie contains information about your use of the site.

Some cookies are essential for the proper functioning of our Store and cannot be disabled.

For all other cookies, when you first visit our Website, we ask for your consent to install them. We do not use analytical, advertising or any other non-essential cookies without your consent.

What cookies do we use?

Essential cookies

These are necessary for the proper functioning of the website. You cannot disable them, as doing so would make the Store work incorrectly.

Among these, we use tools to manage your privacy settings, showing whether or not you have consented to particular types of cookies on our website.

Other necessary cookies are used for correct operation and management of the Website, for example, to allow for changes to the Website or activate tracking tools you have consented to.

Statistical Analysis

We use tools that collect analytical data allowing us to understand how users interact with our Website. The data we receive does not identify you by name, but lets us record various aspects of Website use, aggregate, and statistically analyze such data. We then use this information to improve our Store and/or communication and marketing strategies.

A list of analytical tools used, including:

  • (i) tool provider,

  • (ii) the purpose of the tool,

  • (iii) data collected by the tool,

can be found in Appendix 1 to this Policy and summarized in the cookies consent management panel.

Functional cookies

Some cookies are used to enable features such as a live chat, product reviews, ratings, product recommendation features, display of recently viewed products, etc.

A list of all such tools and explanations for their use is available in the cookie consent management panel.

Legal aspects regarding cookies

We use necessary cookies based on our legitimate interest, i.e., the right to operate our Website supporting our business and the need to ensure its security.

For all other cookies, the basis for processing your personal data is your consent.

If your personal data is processed using cookies, you have all the data protection rights described below.

Use of cookies—especially for advertising—may involve profiling. This means we or our marketing partners may build a user profile based on collected information (e.g., e-mail, order history, device, technology used, frequency of visits), and use it to make predictions about your future purchases. This allows us to decide what content (including ads) to show you on our own and on third-party websites.

How long do cookies stay on your device?

This depends on whether they are "persistent" or "session" cookies. Session cookies expire when you close your browser or leave our Website. Persistent cookies, which make the Store easier to use (e.g., by remembering preferences, layout, recently viewed products), remain stored until the set expiry date unless you delete them manually via browser settings.

Third-party cookies (analytical, advertising, social media) are subject to their providers’ privacy policies, which are linked in this Policy.
