Returns and Complaints Procedure
If you wish to return a product or make a complaint regarding a purchased item, please follow the steps below:

Fill out the Return / Complaint Form
Please complete the form provided at the bottom of this page and include it in the parcel with the returned product. Alternatively, you can send the completed form by e-mail to kontakt@sklepzooz.pl. -
Prepare the Product for Return
Please return the product together with all received accessories. If you have a receipt or invoice, include a copy; if not, simply provide your order number and contact details—we can verify your purchase based on our order records. -
Send the Parcel

Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed without undue delay—no later than 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal statement. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
